- All New England performer in both cross country and track.
- Named most versatile track performer in 1961 and won numerous races at 220, 440 and in the long jump.
- Bronze medalist at New England Championships in 440 and also placed in that event and in the long jump in the Greater Boston Championships
- Inducted into Brandeis Hall of Fame, October 16, 1998
