Strength And Conditioning

The Strength and Conditioning Program offers advanced physical training sessions for serious athletes and individuals who are interested in conditioning and training classes to improve their performance in competition.  Currently, there are two types of courses being offered.  The courses offered through the Strength and Conditioning Program are available to undergraduate students only.

Physical Training One- PT 1 Focuses on core exercises, range of motion
and flexibility through a combination of Pilate's, Yoga, dynamic and static
Physical Training Two- PT2  Focuses on agility, explosive power, speed,
core power and anaerobic conditioning through a combination of plyometric exercises, medicine balls, stability balls and  dumbbells.
