Week of January 12th: All fee-based classes are free/trial class (the 12 week sessions will begin the following week)! You still need to email and register with Kat to ensure that we have space.

-Power Yoga (PY): 8:45-9:45pm/Morgan/GDS
-*Faculty/Staff Yoga: 12-12:45pm/Kat/Interntional Lounge ($70 for 12 wk session or $10 drop in)
-Pilates/Yoga (PiYo): 5:30-6:30pm/Meghan/GDS
-Hula Hooping (HH): 6:45-7:45pm/Elena/GDS (only 12 hoops available, first come, first serve)
-*Group Cycle: 5:30-6:30pm/Lisa/GDS ($70 for 12 week session or $10 drop in)

Cardio Core Attack (CCA)-TBA
A Hatha Yoga class tailored to the groups' needs and requests each week. Postures are given with ample variations to suit each individual. Great for all levels, beginners welcome.
This cardiovascular class will get your heart pumping while cycling on indoor stationary bikes using drills, imagery, and heart-pumping music. Cycling is a great workout that people of all fitness levels can enjoy.
Hour of Power
Come work hard, and prove how strong you are as you power
through lots of different exercises. There will be a variety
of equipment used, including weights, mats, balls, steps and
everything in between to help you make a change and power through a

This fun, heart-pumping class will bring you right back to your favorite childhood activity! A mix of dance an strength training, hooping will provide you with an upbeat cardiovascular workout while toning every part of your body! No previous experience necessary, hoops provided.
A high intensity workout designed to challenge your body in block intervals (using just your body weight)! The program incorporates ab and core training techniques, as well as strength, power, and resistance moves to help sculpt and tone the ultimate physique. You will notice an 'insane' difference!
Looking to impove your strength, balance, and flexibility while listening to fun and upbeat music? Try PiYo class! This low-impact and action-packed fusion workout combines principles from Pilates and Yoga to burn serious calories and sculpt your body. Great for all ages, body types and fitness levels.
A vigorous, fitness-based Yoga that offers you a great "workout" in a casual, relaxed, and fun atmosphere. Whether you're learning Yoga (beginners welcome) or you're a seasoned Yogi, participating in this heart-thumping, active practice will benefit your mind, body and spirit.
Using just your body weight (do not let that fool you) and straps, utilize the suspension training that all four branches of the military use, to challenge yourself.
In this class we will connect movement and breath,
starting off with gentle opening sequences and then moving into a
more rhythmic practice. Vinyasa flow is an ebb and flow of
building energy and calming the mind and body, allowing each to
make the practice what he/she needs: a fitness-based practice, or
an outlet in a busy day to clear the mind and relax.
Beginners and experienced Yogis will benefit from this invigorating
practice that will offer both challenges and relaxation.
Dance-based aerobics using up-tempo Latin music styles such as Pop, Hip Hop, Latin, and International rhythms and beat to party ouselves into shape! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms and abdominals.
