2010 — Miller returned to her dominant ways her sophomore season, amassing a 9-2 record in the circle with a 2.9 ERA in 72.1 innings pitched and led the club with only a .225 batting average against. Her year was highlighted by a complete game three-hitter versus WPI on April 7th, a complete game two-hitter against Emerson on April 30th, and her first career NCAA post-season win against the Coast Guard on May 14th in which she pitched two hitless innings in the sixth and seventh to earn the win. 2009 — Miller had a break-out year right off the bat as a freshman, proving to be a workhorse on the mound and reliable bat at the plate. Going the distance in six games in the circle, Miller pitched 111.2 innings overall for a 12-6 record that was second on the team in wins. Miller recorded 81 strikeouts along the way to achieving a 3.45 ERA. She was named UAA and NEISCA Pitcher of the Week for going 3-0 with a 0.37 ERA the first week of April. At bat, Miller batted .324 in 42 plate appearances with eight walks and three homeruns. Miller connected for her first collegiate homerun, a monster shot estimated at over 250 feet, on April 1st against WPI. High School — Miller was a four-time letter winner for the Rams at Harriton Hich School. As a freshman, Miller was named First Team All-Main Line and Second Team All-Del Val. As a sophomore was named First Team All-Del Val and Second Team All-Main Line. Miller also played travel ball most recently for the Pennsbury Cobras and spent numerous years playing in the Maccabi Games. Personal — Born Caroline Hope Miller to Philip and Cathy Miller on December 6, 1989. One older sister, Erica, and a twin sister, Tara, a sophomore at America University. Majoring in Health, Science, Society, and Policy with Minors in both Chemistry and Philosophy.
