WALTHAM, Mass. - Brandeis University senior guard Jessica Chapin of Mendon, N.Y., has been selected as a fourth-team pre-season All-American by D3hoops.com.
Chapin, a co-captain, was an honorable mention All-America selection by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) at the end of the 2009 season. Last season, she guided the Judges to a 20-8 record and the Elite Eight of the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball tournament, the farthest the team has ever advanced in the postseason.
