Tonight's the night: WSoccer home opener vs MIT at 6 p.m.

Women's soccer kicks off the 2014 home athletic season tonight at 6:00 p.m. with free food and a fantastic matchup between the Judges and MIT. Brandeis head coach Denise Dallamora is looking to become the third coach in New England Division III women's soccer history to win 300 games.

Last season, Brandeis defeated MIT, 1-0, in the season opener for both squads on a goal by Dara Spital '15 in the 21st minute. Michelle Savuto made seven saves for her first career shutout. The Engineers lost only once more the rest of the season, getting eliminated from the NCAA tournament on penalty kicks.
