FALL 2019 GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE

Begins Tuesday, September 3rd!

All classes are in GDS (Gosman Dance Studio) and one hour long unless noted 

$$ Denotes $60 fee based class (or $10 drop in) and registration required (email Kat at kpage@brandeis.edu)

 

MONDAY

 5-6pm:  $$TRX Mix-it-up:  Kat:  Squash courts 1 & 2 (September classes are free/intro to TRX, registration will be for Oct/Nov sessions)

5:30-6:30pm:  Barre:  Lainey

6:45-7:45pm:  Vinyasa Flow Yoga:  Lauren

8:15-9:15pm:  Zumba:  Sara

 

TUESDAY 

 12-12:45pm:  $$F/S Yoga:  Kat:  Skyline Lounge

5-5:45pm:  Abs:  Kat

6-7pm:  Rest and Restore Yoga:  Lauren

 

WEDNESDAY

 5:30-6:30pm:  $$Cycle:  Nicole:  Squash court 2

5:30-6:30pm:  Zumba:  Sara

7-8pm:  Barre:  Lainey

 

THURSDAY

12-12:45pm:  F/S Zumba:  Michael

5:30-6:30pm:  HIIT:  Kat

7:30-8:30pm:  Vinyasa and Flow Yoga:  Lia:  Skyline Commons
